Black Hammer Dulce de Leche Stout

Working in collaboration with Chef Matt Dolan of 25 Lusk, we brewed this massive pastry stout with over 100 lbs of condensed milk seasoned with ginger, coriander, grey salt an black peppercorn. Huge, velvety notes of white chocolate, fig and anise marry with decadent milk sugar and spice.
