Fruitful Pursuits Quince 2022

Fruitful Pursuits Quince 2022 is a blend of both Mixed & Spontaneous Fermentation barrels refermented on quince. This super unique fruit was suggested to us by the team at Steve & Dan’s Fresh BC Fruit and has quickly become a favourite. The blend of 1, 2 & 3 year barrels spent 2 months refermenting with hundreds of kilograms of fully ripe quince. The fruit adds a punchy flavour and aroma that is intensely floral, honey, and pear-like. It brings exceptional texture with a full and velvety tannin structure that coats the palate, complimented by the poppy acidity and ester fruitiness of the blend. Crafted in Edmonton AB
