1923 is a collaboration with their friend and colleague Greg “Tandy” Zeniuk, brewed in celebration of his family farm’s centennial. This blend of 2-year Spontaneous Fermentation barrels was made with 100% Alberta ingredients, including wheat grown on his family farm. The use of freshly emptied red wine barrels from Walla Walla, WA results in flavours and aromas reminiscent of juicy red wine, oak, vanilla, tangerine, and a subtle herbaceous spice. These complex characteristics are supported by soft oak tannins and balanced, refreshing acidity. We hope you like it! Crafted in Edmonton AB
