This version of Drip is a little coffee stout using coffee from their good friends and neighbours Agro Roasters. They roasted a batch specifically for Superflux of organic Peru from Cenfrocafe. It is a washed Typica/Bourbon/Caturra and they shortened the initial drying phase of the roast which in turn, extended the maillard phase to kickstart caramelisation earlier than in their usual profile. This, along with a touch more development time at the end of the roast, helps tone down any tart notes and aids in producing a deeper brown sugar sweetness and chocolatey body. In this beer you'll find notes of milk chocolate, fudge, brown sugar, and ripe plum. Crafted in Vancouver, BC
