Pure Project Petrified DIPA

Presenting Petrified, our brand new murky double IPA. It features Nectaron, a proprietary hop from New Zealand that we are featuring for the first time. Along with Nectaron, we added a couple of other favorite south island-hops—Nelson Sauvin and Motueka—which collectively produce fresh scents of pineapple, juicy pear, candied mango, and kiwi. Expect flavors of sweet citrus, peach, and honeydew to linger on the tongue amidst a medium-full body. A sip of this brew and you might say as the Kiwis do…sweet as!
