Parabolic 2025: Imperial S'mores Stout

Anniversary Release # 3. This is the first year that they have included an imperial stout in their birthday lineup! Having an awesome neighbour in Delavoye Chocolate they wanted to riff on a chocolate classic treat, the S'more. They opted for a fairly complex malt bill that uses some of the best Alberta has to offer with Red Shed Malting Chocolate Malt & Roasted Barley and supporting roles from Hogarth Malt Melany & Honey Malt. Then to make things interesting they hit this one with loads of Delavoye Chocolate Single-Origin Ghana Cacao Nibs, Marshmallow, Vanilla, Graham Cracker, & Lactose to bring the sticky S'mores vibes.
