Brewed using traditional Hochkurz Mash brewing process, we were able to extract all the right flavours to stay true to style. When you top that up with some delicious noble hop action and a clean lager yeast, you get a brew that is crisp and refreshing. Smelling of freshly baked bread, light grains and a hint of honey with a gentle bitterness, our Helles Lager will put a smile on your face without filling you up.
