Amalfi Twist Temple of Minerva

Blend of Imperial Stouts aged in bourbon barrels and conditioned on espresso, cacao, and lemon. A bourbon barrel aged Stout infused with bright lemon zest inspired by the historical beverage, Espresso Romano. This Temple of Minerva adjunct features conditioning on an espresso roast from Florin Coffee, a blend of Tanzanian and Dominican cacao, vanilla beans, and lemon zest. We have long wanted to infuse bright lemon zest into one of our bourbon barrel aged Stouts, and finally landed on this conditioning that leans on the historical beverage, Espresso Romano, with the welcome additions of cacao and vanilla beans.
