Time Beyond Time

Another foray into the less is more approach making big, characterful Barleywines! This smooth and rich caramel laden offering was brewed from a single high quality English barley and a single high quality English hop. An addition of brown sugar during the extended boil in the kettle adds to the layers of depth in toffee, soft caramel and dried dark fruit. Aged in a mix of Bourbon barrels for 24 months.
