This beer was different from the start. Graham crackers added to the mash put the pie crust in this sour. Next they combined two of the summer’s favourite fruits, Strawberry and Rhubarb, for a tart, fruity flavour and aroma. Finally, they added lactose sugar to the boil to give this beer the signature creaminess of the style. Crafted in Edmonton, AB
