x Polyrhythm Brewing A Gaslight Anthem Maple Cream Pastry Stout

Rewind back to last summer, when Polyrhythm drove south to Medicine Hat to brew the BIGGEST stout that either of them have ever brewed. They layered in demerara, all the caramel malts, DME and the lightest touch of roasted malt for colour. They then let it age and round out, because when it's 11.9%, it needs some time to mellow out. They trialed some different pastry concepts and settled on maple cream. The brown sugar quality from the base beer made it the perfect candidate for a maple pancake dessert stout.
