Dead Moon with Coffee Imperial Stout (2023)

Coffee aromas and flavours are ramped up in this variant. It's all about the malt in this one and they've used a huge combo of pale, biscuit, roasted, dark roasted and chocolate barley malts, topped off with some flaked oats. The appearance is jet-black with a thin brown head with aromas of roasted nuts, dark bread crust and prune. Other flavour notes include bold and rich chocolate, mild spice and a touch of pine.
