Deceptively simple, yet beautifully nuanced. A basic grain bill of 100% Euro Pils malt and light Pahto and Czech Saaz hop additions support insanely complex Belgian yeast esters and phenols, with notes of bubble gum, candied orange, pear and light pepper spice dominating. It's a riot of aromas from start of glass to finish. Definitely drink it now, but cellar some to compare with a version that is aging in white wine and cognac barrels until winter.
