Fruitful Pursuits: Apple 2024 started with a question: what happens when you bring spontaneous fermentation and serious cider expertise together? Working with their friends at Uncommon Cider, they used whole Ambrosia, Granny Smith, and Macintosh apples from Steve & Dan's Fresh BC Fruit, re-fermented into a blend of one, two, and three year barrels. Using the whole fruit matters, the skins bring coating tannins that give the beer texture alongside the bright, floral apple character and tart, juicy acidity. Crafted in Edmonton AB
