Their take on a Polotmavy Lezak, or “half dark” lager, is double decocted, naturally carbonated and fermented ice-cold with a traditional Czech yeast. Expect flavours and aromas of maple cookie, dried fruit, holiday spice and toasted nuts with a caramel sweetness and balanced bitterness that lingers on the palate provided by a healthy addition of Czech Saaz hops.
