For Phantasm's sophomore Annex outpouring, we're serving up a serviceable NEPA. We tapped some testy hop varieties like Eclipse and Citra Cryo to help bring balance to the thiol-boosted fruity bouquet. The malt and other standard beer requisites also meet expectations.
