During the design phase of their brewhouse they wanted to ensure that they could brew any style of beer using proper techniques specific to that style. One main driver was the ability to brew using proper decoction/step mashing techniques so that they could produce authentic lagers using traditional methods. To brew authentic styles, you need authentic ingredients. Using traditional floor malted barley from Czechia that requires decoction/step mashing to be properly processed, along with Czech Saaz hops and traditional brewing techniques, this brew is an ode to a country that has given the brewing world so much over its tenured history.
