Baked Ziti Pilsner

The defining characteristic of an Italian Pilsner is that it is dry hopped to create a light floral aroma reminiscent of the flowering fields of white lilies and marigolds that sweep the Italian countryside. True to tradition they've dry-hopped with Saphir and added a touch of Saaz to round out this delicate brew. The result is a light bodied lager with soft floral notes on the nose.
