Barrel-Aged Cookies N' Cream N' Horchata N' Chocolate Imperial Stout (16th Anniversary)

Back in May 2022 they brewed a horchata-inspired stout that they couldn't stop thinking about. So they held on to some and let it rest for nearly four years. Now it's back, and levelled up! This blend features that original stout that was then aged for 46.5 months in BliS Bourbon maple syrup barrels, layered with fresh Even More Horchata Imperial Stout. The result is a dense, decadent pour, packed with chocolate, sweet cream, warm cinnamon spice, and a deep, maple-kissed barrel character. Crafted in Brooklyn, NY
