x Dageraad Brewing Sundrift West Coast Farmhouse Ale

Sundrift is a farmhouse ale brewed in collaboration with their friends at Dageraad Brewing. Lallemand Brewing, and Charles Faram Brewing Supplies. They put their heads together to craft a recipe that heavily features flaked triticale and oats, with their favourite floor-malted barley as the foundation. The beer was hopped in the kettle with a delightful blend of Cascade and Pink, fermented with Lalbrew Farmhouse, then dry-hopped with the same blend of hops. Expect bright hop notes of grapefruit, pine, and sweet fruit, along with a bouquet of rustic farmhouse yeast. Crafted in Vancouver, BC
