A blend of barrel fermented and aged saisons. Two base beers - one prominently featuring malted spelt and the other, malted rye - come together in different portions in this blend. The two batches were mildly hopped in the kettle with Amarillo and Cascade, respectively, and the final beer was dry-hopped with Czech Saaz before packaging. Saison can be a lot of things. This is just one of them. Crafted in Vancouver, BC
