Tox Inky Cap Stout (Pistachio, Cacao, Vanilla)

A big imperial stout treated with some culinary delights that we’ve wanted to explore for some time. After several first running mashes followed by an extended boil, we treated this first batch of Inky Cap with real pistachio nuts, cacao nibs, and vanilla beans. Naturally sweet and thick, Inky Cap pours like oil with a dark khaki head and an intensely creamy base. We are getting huge notes of semi-sweet chocolate and pistachio with a soft vanilla finish.
