A blend of Imperial Stouts aged for 21 months in bourbon barrels and 12 months in cognac barrels. This special batch of Temple of Minerva was first aged in a blend of 1792 and Larceny bourbon barrels for 21 months then transferred into cognac casks to patiently rest for another 12 months. This offering imbues a rich depth of flavor bridging the gap between both spirit casks it had the fortune of aging in.
