Exp. Val's Breakfast Stout

Irrational Brewing has released Exp. Val's Breakfast Stout for Wyrd Bier 2024. This year they've created a sessionable stout packed with all the things you love about breakfast. It's mashed with an overabundance of pancakes, waffles, and oatmeal to provide a thick and rich mouthfeel. During the whirlpool they dosed the wort with ample amounts of maple syrup and lactose for increased depth. Post-fermentation the beer is aged on coffee from The Colombian and premium Madagascar vanilla beans. The final product is nothing short of a rich and decadent java smorgasbord. Crafted in Edmonton AB
