Abnormal Brainz Freeze IPA

COLD, CHILLY, FRIGID, BITING, IPA, a wester version of a West Coast IPA is the unwritten take on this new but intriguing beer trend style, so we decided to team up with Beer Zombies and put our abnormal minds together and create our take on a Cold IPA. Light, crispy body, filled with aromatic notes of citrus strawberries, passion fruit, grapefruit, mango, guava from Strata, HBC 586, and NZ Cascade hops. We added a splash of kettle additions to bring forth the bitterness to form the piney, tropical, and dank grapefruit character from Nugget, Strata, Columbus, and Cryo Cascade. Be warned, at a whooping dry-hop rate of 5lbs/BBL this beer may cause Brainz Freeze. ADDITIONS Columbus, Nugget, Strata, HBC 586, NZ Cascade
