Abnormal/Black Plague Electric Thiols Pale Ale

We teamed up with Black Plague Brewing Co. to create this Hoppy Wheat Ale featuring Omega’s new yeast strain, Star Party. This particular yeast strain features Thiols, a compound most commonly found in Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Aromas of passion fruit, gooseberries, and stone fruit are complemented by the New Zealand Nelson, Wai-iti and Moutere hop alongside Citra Cryo.
