Brewing New Zealand DIPA Imperial New England IPA

The next release in Blindman's Summer DIPA series is a New Zealand DIPA. It pours sunset gold and retains a perfect fluffy white head. They've used three of their favourite antipodean hops: Rakau, Nectaron and Superdelic. This brew bursts with tropical citrus, mango, pineapple, and subtle dank pine aromas.
