Fruitful Pursuits Quince 2023

Fruitful Pursuits: Quince 2023 is the second vintage of their quince beer. This unique fruit was suggested to them by the team at Steve & Dan’s Fresh BC Fruit. The blend of 1, 2 & 3 year Mixed & Spontaneous Fermentation barrels was refermented on hundreds of kilograms of ripe BC quince. The fruit adds a punchy flavour and aroma that is intensely floral, honey, pear & calamansi like. It brings exceptional texture with a coating tannin structure, complimented by the juicy acidity and ester fruitiness of the blend. We hope you like it! Crafted in Edmonton AB
