Over The Tap 2025 MCLANE Dark Lager

Collaboration with Bellwoods Brewery & Yakima Chief. Dark Rice Lager w/ Sesame • This lager is the product of a stream of consciousness conversation with the talented team over at Bellwoods Brewing. The convo was on how exactly to take a lager “Over the Tap”. The solution is a decocted dark rice lager with cold steeped dark grains, loads of flaked rice, and the aromatic, delightful, & new HBC 1134 American Noble Hop. And to really push it over the tap they added 10kgs of Parallel’s sesame tahini paste to deliver subtle earthy, and nutty notes to this once in a lifetime recipe. Crafted in Toronto, ON
