This juicy, hazy number is Strata-forward with Citra and HBC 1019 bringing up the caboose. The members and measures of this particular holy hop trinity were chosen to help achieve a nice blend of fruit notes ranging from deep stone fruit to bright Valencia orange. HBC 1019 is an experimental hop variety that can be a pretty potent addition, but they used a light touch to keep things out of peach gummy candy town. Crafted in Calgary, AB
