Super Guppy

Super Guppy is a New England Quadruple IPA heavily hopped with New Zealand cultivars Waimea, Kohatu, and Nelson Sauvin. For a powerful and flavorful result, the Nelson Sauvin has been incorporated in four forms: T90 (regular pellets from our selection), Cryo (cryo-concentrated pellets), SubZero Hop Kief, and Amplifire (two liquid concentrates). Its name and design are a nod to the Aero Spacelines Super Guppy, a civilian cargo aircraft designed to transport rocket components. It unfolds intense aromas of Sauvignon Blanc and citrus, carried by a silky, enveloping texture. A beer whose sweetness cleverly masks its alcohol content.
