Barrel-aged Saison with aged whole hops. Inspired by the tradition of Belgian Gueuze, "Past Remembered" is a blend of 1-3 year old barrel stock that held aged hop Saison. The result is maximum funk and barnyard with a lemon/ citrus zing. Capitola bred, but with Belgian roots, if you will.
