Uncommon Pursuits: Cherry Mixed Fermentation Sour

Uncommon Pursuits is a collaboration with Uncommon Cider that started with a wild idea in 2019. That’s when Uncommon made four ciders and fruit wines using barrels selected by Blind Enthusiasm, which were released in 2021. The freshly emptied barrels were then filled with spontaneous beer at Blind Enthusiasm, where they fermented for two years, picking up distinct flavours from each barrel and fruit. Uncommon Pursuits: Cherry was made in barrels that were home to the Uncommon Sparkling Cherry Wine made with Okanagan black cherries. We hope you like it! Crafted in Edmonton AB
