Ground Breaker Psychrophilic Cold + Black IPA

Old and new brewing techniques were combined to create this emergent crossover style. A modified cascadian dark ale base cooperates with clean lager yeast fermented at ale temperatures. A massive dry hop charge is infused into the primordial mix late in fermentation. Hoppy but not overly bitter, the cold & black IPA has formed. Brewed dark and crisp, this is IPA taken to the extreme.
