Big Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout 2023

Our imperial stout brewed with Golden Promise and a whole range of caramel, crystal, and roasted malts and oats, hopped for balance, fortified with brown sugar, and aged for 18 months in bourbon barrels. Dark, rich and full in body, velvety smooth in mouthfeel, quite sweet and boozy in taste. Aromas of chocolate cake, vanilla and burnt sugar, some toffee and oak notes with hints of coffee and coconut.
