Thick like the fog that can make visibility of and from the mountains a little dicey, this hop-heavy IPA is steeped in Alberta influence while tasting like a far-flung tropical getaway. Valley Fog is warm fermented with Voss style Kviek Yeast resulting in an intensely tropical beer with a slight, residual sweetness. It features a deep haze and velvety, pillowy mouthfeel.
