High Fidelity Cryo Fresh IPA

It's no secret, the folks at Polyrhythm love hops. And they recently fell in love with fresh hopped beer during hop selection in the hop mecca of the beer world - Yakima. YCH created a new product this year to mimic wet hops, for those without access to fresh hops from the bine, called Cryo Fresh. The very definition of high fidelity is the reproduction of sound with little distortion, giving a result very similar to the original. They've applied this to the beer by using these Cryo Fresh hops to try and replicate the taste of a fresh hopped beer as close as possible.
