Super DIPA #2

Super DIPA is our series of ultra-powerful, massively hopped Double New England IPAs. This second iteration was brewed for the Phantasm Cup, held at Other Half Brewing Company. This competition highlights the use of Phantasm and thiolyzing yeasts. Hopped with Riwaka, Waimea, Manilita, NZ Cascade T90, and SubZero Hop Kief, it also incorporates Phantasm, a thiol-rich Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grape powder. This combination promotes thiolysis, a biotransformation that amplifies the explosive tropical fruit aromas.
