Three years ago, in a fit of mid-pandemic optimism, Mitch decided to stick something in barrels to release on their tenth anniversary. And now we get to enjoy the results of his optimism. The first part of this beer was brewed with aged lambic-blend hops and aged in a barrel for three years. They blended in two slightly younger barrel-aged beers, to enhance the beer’s complexity and soften some rough edges. It took them ten years to figure out how to do this. Wait’ll you see what they do at twenty. Crafted in Burnaby, BC
