The bourbon and yeasty quality smoothens the drink as the dark chocolate malt bitters the take. Caramelly and nutty bourbon, dates, and prunes blends with the dark chocolate, roasted malts, and molasses combination. The malty and yeasty composition moderately weighs the body, which is accented by pepper and nutmeg like hops, clove, and cinnamon. Dark chocolate, roasted coffee, smokey roasted barley, espresso, molasses, black pepper, and cloves lingers upon the relatively dry finish, ensued by bourbon, dates, prunes, and nutmeg as the finish prolongs.
