Danger Is Our Business is an IPA collaboration with their buds at Xül Beer that was brewed with pilsner malt, oats, and wheat and hopped and hopped again with HBC 586, Simcoe, and Cashmere. The first whiff of this one is all Peachy O’s, mango, and ripe cantaloupe and then once you go in for a drink you’ll taste notes of cara cara orange and dark cherry, and it’s all tied together with just the right amount of light bitterness.
