Exp. Synthesis: New World Farmhouse Ale

Exp. Synthesis is a new world take on an old school style. When designing this beer it was a no-brainer for them to use 100% local Hogarth Malt Pilsner & Malted Rye. To keep things contemporary they used a modest yet new age take on the hop schedule utilizing Citra & Nelson Cryo. For the fermentation they chose to use their favourite French Saison strain by Escarpment Labs. Expect spiced citrus with a crisp and dry finish. Crafted in Edmonton AB
