Teeth / Le Ketch

Teeth is an 8% Hazy Double IPA we brewed in collaboration with our friends from @microbrasserieleketch. It's brewed with oats and local honey then hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Peacharine and Fresh Nelson Cold Pressed Hop Juice from @freestylehops. It's got a deep Nelson backbone displaying notes of funky tropical fruit, fuzzy peaches, white wine skins and a kiss of honey sweetness. The finish is long and reveals more complexity as it warms up.
