This was brewed by the ladies of EST & Polyrhythm (two brewers named Chelsea, in fact) while using ingredients from 3 local women-led businesses - malt from Hogarth, whole leaf hops from Stormy Acres Hop Farm, and honey from MOB Honey. Girl Power to the max! The honey and chamomile provide unique aromas and flavours reminiscent of pineapple, stone fruit, and dried flowers and herbs.
