This Double Barrel Aged Blackberry Mead is a tribute to Heavy Cohesion, one of our earliest and most beloved homebrew experiments. It’s sticky, jammy, and carries the perfect oak influence that only patience can unlock. Barrel Journey: • 6 months in a Blackberry Brandy barrel. • Followed by 12 months in a Zinfandel barrel that previously held B1 Proper Black and Harmonic Intervals. The result is a layered, expressive pour that rewards slow sips and sharp palates. This one’s for those who remember where we started—and know exactly where we’re going.
