Sauvin Attack is our tribute to New Zealand hops and their unmistakable wine-like character. Nelson Sauvin and its amplified version Super Sauvin deliver intense aromas of white grapes, gooseberries and subtle herbal tones reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc. We added Phantasm – a powder made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes – to enhance thiol formation and push the aromatic profile even further into wine territory. The result is a highly aromatic, dry and firmly bitter West Coast IPA with a clean finish and vibrant grape-forward character.
