Ostro Pilsner

Ostro is a Pilsner brewed in collaboration with Four Winds Brewing. They have literally been talking about brewing a lager with their friends at Four Winds for the past 5 years, and are very happy they finally made it happen. This Pilsner is brewed with German Durst Malt as the base and hopped with Magnum and Saaz. The aroma is traditionally floral with a layer of lemon and the malt character comes through in the flavour with beautiful sweet bread crust. Clean and crisp with balanced bitterness.
