We took inspiration from its ingredients and our love of blueberry lemon tarts, so if you’re looking to satisfy your craving for baked goods with a brewed great, look no further. To make its base we blended three barrels of mixed culture Saisons and one Lambic-inspired brew before fruiting the lot. We were really looking to achieve a delicate malt to hop flavour ratio so that our whole, juicy blueberries could shine like the stars they are. It might sound like a dangerous game, but we all came out winners. It’s low in acidity and high in funk, visual appeal, and probability of becoming your next favourite.
