Easter Everywhere

We switched things up a bit and used Heidelberg pilsner as the base for this IPA. It gives a lighter base both in color and character, which allows the hops to shine. The usual heavy dose of oats and wheat, hopped with Citra in the whirlpool, dry hopped with more Citra and loads of Galaxy. Bright yellow and light, but still with a heavy haze. Super smooth and creamy with a soft, fruity taste and a pleasant bitterness in the finish. Aromas of pineapple, bright green tropical fruit, with some grassy and honey notes.
