If this beer went by a human name, it would be Nelson. They selected three distinct lots of @freestylehops Nelson Sauvin from the Sunrise Valley region with their own unique characteristics to provide a decidedly Nelson Sauvin experience that brings the bright berry qualities and light, tart tannins typical of a white wine to this hard hitting and hazy beer. Then, to keep things colourful, they threw some experimental Mosaic extract from @yakimachief in the pot. Crafted in Calgary, AB
